Rental Requirements

Age Must be 23 years or older
License Valid OHIO Drivers License
Insurance Full coverage or Liability
Deposit $100.00 in addition to the total cost of your rental
Payment Cash, Credit or Debit Cards
Miles 75 per day, 525 per week....20 cents per mile extra, plus tax
Fees One time $6.00 City of Cleveland Excise Tax
Driving Range Local Use Only, no out of state travel
Vehicle Types Small to Midsize 4 Door Sedans

If you reserve a vehicle without a deposit we cannot guarantee a specific vehicle. Without a deposit we will do our best to accommodate your request for the price range. All reservations are subject to availability. A City Auto Rental Employee will contact you the following business day to confirm your reservation and make payment arrangements.
Additional Info All renters must pay a deposit, which includes , the full rental and $100.00. When the vehicle is returned as long as renter abides by the conditions of the contract, $100.00 will be refunded.  If you have collision coverage that transfers over to a rental, there will be no additional charge for your rental.  If you carry liability, there will be an additional charge of $10 per day for a Vehicle Damage Waiver.  The VDW has a deductible of $250 that is payable to City Auto Rental in the event of damage to the vehicle. All vehicles in our rental fleet are available for purchase.  Ask us how you can own the car you rent!!
