Rental Requirements

Age Must be 23 years or older
License Valid OHIO Drivers License
Insurance Full Coverage, Liability, Non-Owners or SR22 Bond
Deposit $100.00 Refundable Security Deposit up front in addition to the total cost of your rental
Payment Cash, Credit or Debit Cards
Miles 100 per day, 750 per week....20 per mile extra, plus tax
Fees One time $6.00 City of Cleveland Excise Tax
Driving Range Local Use Only, no out of state travel
Vehicle Types Small to Midsize 4 Door Sedans
Vehicle Models Chevrolet Cobalt, Cavalier, Malibu/ Chrysler PT Cruiser/Pontiac Grand Am/Ford Focus, Taurus/ Dodge Stratus
Reservations

Accepted in advance, $100 deposit to secure a vehicle

If you reserve a vehicle without a deposit we cannot guarantee a specific vehicle. Without a deposit we will do our best to accommodate your request for the price range. All reservations are subject to availability. A City Auto Rental Employee will contact you the following business day to confirm your reservation and make payment arrangements.
Additional Info All renters must pay a deposit.  The deposit is refunded when the vehicle   is returned as long as renter abides by the conditions of the contract.  If you have collision coverage that transfers over to a rental, there will be no additional charge for your rental.  If you carry liability, there will be an additional charge of $10 per day for a Vehicle Damage Waiver.  The VDW has a deductible of $250 that is payable to City Auto Rental in the event of damage to the vehicle.
